When I use the code from Sergey Berezniker Message #802732 the post script file gets created, the distiller object instantiates without error, but the filetopdf method returns 0 and no pdf file is created. The intermediate postscript looks fine in a postcript viewer called GhostView and manually distilling it works fine also. I'm about ready to call the distiller via the shell, but surely there's a better way. What could I be doing wrong?
