If I had to guess, I would say that somewhere in your Init(), Show() (or maybe even the Activate()) methods of the form, you are either issuing a SETFOCUS() to an object or you are calling a method that has some code in it that attempts to SETFOCUS(). This early in the instaniation process is a bad time to call a SETFOCUS because there is still "nothing" to set focus to. Hope this helps or better, yet, hope it is the solution.
