I'm having a problem with the CREATEOBJECTEX function generating an error at a users site.

The error is:

OLE error code 0x80004002: No such interface supported.

The code is:

loPowerScribeApp = CREATEOBJECTEX("PowerScribe.PowerScribe","","")

This occurs in VFP7 (SP1).

At our site everything works fine. This just occurs at the users site.

Another thing to note is that PowerScribe supplies a test VB program that uses early binding to instantiate the PowerScribe object and it works fine at the users site.

Anybody have any ideas as to why this might happen?
