MDB extention indicates, that this is Access database. If it would be Foxpro database, the file extention would be DBC. So, you're saying, that you have Access database with two tables in it and you don't have Access installed, so you want to programmatically rename tables in the Access database in Visual Foxpro code?

Do I understand the situation right?
