Yeah, I'm not deliberately using any. My frustration level has now increased another measure.. I created a new blank report with ALIAS() in the header and detail band. It appears to work right the first time, but clicking on the preview window selects some other alias.

For that reason, I'm thinking it's some errant Refresh() code, but investigating that will have to wait until tomorrow.
