Not quite clear, why do you use SUM here? Check out this:
oexcel.activesheet.range("c4:c" + ltrim(str(ntotalrow))).formula = ;
"="+trans(thisform.r_salepool)+"/"+trans(thisform.r_syn)+"*B4"
