Are there any known issues with adding/removing items to ListBox using AddItem() and RemoveItem()?

When I try to remove item using ListBox.RemoveItem(ListBox.ListIndex), it clears the content of the item but doesn't actually remove the item from the list. It shows blank item.

The listbox is populated with AddItem().

Any ideas?
