Hi Joel,

>What has been your experience with it?

I have ProMatrix but use CodeMine as my main Framework. With Promatrix you basically setup everything in the Promatrix data dictionary, then Promatrix builds the app. Promatrix kind of controls the way you work in VFP. In a way, Promatrix kind of reminds me of a product I used titled Genifer back in the old dDase III days. Its impressive to see how quick it can generate an app. Also, their Documention is second to none.. imo. In looking through the code in a Promatrix app, I found code that goes back to FPW that was still remains in their VFP product.

With CodeMine, you build the app like you would any other VFP application. CodeMine has all the finer touches of a Framework that was built from the ground up just for VFP.

Also, if money is an issue with you - then CodeMine wins hands down - as very seldom will you pay for an update. It seems like I get a different update offer on a regular basis from Promatrix.
