Thanks for the link. Unfortunately, this is like killing the proverbial fly with the proverbial sledgehammer. He have an existing application that needs
to flip back and forth between English and Russian. Still, for future multi-lingual support, this might be something we will want.

Does anybody know a way to even get an alternate character set into a form which can be saved as data. If you type in Cyrillic characters into Word or Excel, pasting them in anywhere else generated all question marks. Using the CODE function in Excel is also useless since it returns the ascii number for a question mark for all characters. So not only can't I display the Cyrillic data, I can't even store it!

Any addtional advice anyone has would be appreciated.
