The right clause on config.fpw (for your case) certainly will be:

DEFAULT = c:\mydatafolder

PATH = c:\mydatafolder.. It isn't, because the program will find into the current folder first.. To see in the second one, only after..

Have you tried DBF() function ? It will show you the full path..
