Hi,

I downloaded the SQL SERVER 2000 SP3a. My machines has installed SQL SERVER 2000 SP1 -8.00.384. I installed the SP3a following the steps the machines prompts me and rebooted the machines. So far so good. But when I checked the release os SQL SERVER it still show SP1 -8.00.384-

I repeated again the process but I didn't succeded. There were no error messages, even the SP is completely installed was shown.

What's could be the problem?

My machine is a Win 2000 Server SP4, OFFICE 2000, VIRUSCAN ENTERPRISE 7.0. It works only as SQL SERVER not sharing files and so forth.

Has anyone suffered the same issue?

Thanks.
