I'm a little late on the scene here (small vacation from UT) but the winner in my book is Reachout 7.0 by Stac (http://www.stac.com) The screen refresh speeds are phenominal and it equals or beats PC Anywhere in file transfer speed. They update it on the web about every 4 months. Price is somewhere around $149 but cheaper from a wholesaler. I have used it for over a year after using PCAnywhere, and Carbon Copy. If you can talk on a web thru a firewall, it uses Reach Out Passport to address a TCP/IP connection remotely.
