Hi Ric,

try with :

ShareConnection = .F.
Asynchronous = .F.
BatchUpdateCount = .F.
AllowSimultaneousFetch = .F.

Another can to be set buffering = 5.

If error continue to fire, wait for VFP8 sp1.
