After one of the security patches (I don't know which one) IE version 6 SP1 does not show TIF or GIF images on pages. Oue people are using a document imaging system accessed thru the web regularly and this has thrown a wrench into the works.

KB article 319829 on Microsoft technet describes this exact problem, but the suggested registry work-around did not fix the problem. Also re-applying service pack 1 on IE did not solve it either.

Any help is appreciated.
