had two problems, first was a few years ago, about 3.5 now, went to remove it from a pc to swap over to norton but removing it gave untold problems, ended up rebuilding the pc, this may have been a bad install as i didn't install it so cannot be sure. second was more serious from a virus point of view, even after an update one of our customers got a virus about an hour after the update was done. i also find the configuration of norton easier, but that is just cosmetic compared to the other two issues i have with it.
