I worked it both ways.
I placed the Function FillPict in a procedure Prg. and I placed in a Procedure/cleanup code area as a Function.
When I used the Function FillPict in the Procedure file it still didn't work and the Procedure is set in the setup coed of the Application.
I really need the FillPict to work directly with the Report writer itself becuase the inventory clerk need to run his invencory cards sometimes based on the date he entered the Inventory items which sometimes may be at least 50 individual items (inventory cards).
As I mentioned before the code that I sent to you in a previous thread is a procedure that is found in the menu to run the inventory cards. He then uses the query dialog box that the procedure calls up.
the procedure calls two tables Inventory and Makebrea. The Makebrea is the Inventory details. I also would receive an error message that tmpCursor could not be found.
I hope I am not rambling here but I feel I need you to understand my issues.
Thanks Again.
Ken
