Batten down the hatches, Tracy! We will probably get some of Isabel over here too...

I have a daughter-in-law who lives in Virginia Beach with my son. He is away on Navy duty, and we are trying to get her to come stay with us while the hurricane passes. She is from El-Salvador, and was raised in Canada. Not too many hurricanes up there! She has no idea what she is in for, and we are urgently trying to get her to come here! Hopefully, she will come to her senses, and head for high country before the day is out, before she gets stuck there!

Hope it turns north and misses us all... we can only hope!

>Here we go again! Time to batten down the hatches for another hurricane party... at least this one will strike during the daylight hours for a change so we can see the damage while it happens instead of waking up to it. Not sure which is better! Many of our customers have been calling about backups not working. Come to find out, their backups haven't been working for weeks but they weren't concerned enough to call (even though we stress it all the time) and they all want them fixed NOW before the hurricane strikes. Funny how none of them are thinking of moving their equipment to higher ground though until we suggest it even though many lost their entire businesses during the last bad one... :o) silly but sad...
