Unbelievable that they come out with this statement during their own hearings at the Justice Dept in which they are emphatically stating that there is no link between the OS and the browser. Now they appear to be making one.

I've not seen anything on MS going strickly to HTML help systems. I wouldn't be surprised but I'd have to wonder about it.
