>Here we go again! Time to batten down the hatches for another hurricane party... at least this one will strike during the daylight hours for a change so we can see the damage while it happens instead of waking up to it. Not sure which is better! Many of our customers have been calling about backups not working. Come to find out, their backups haven't been working for weeks but they weren't concerned enough to call (even though we stress it all the time) and they all want them fixed NOW before the hurricane strikes. Funny how none of them are thinking of moving their equipment to higher ground though until we suggest it even though many lost their entire businesses during the last bad one... :o) silly but sad...

I'm sorry for you guys! We were very worried in Miami until this past weekend when it was obvious that it would bypass us and head north-northwest. I was prepared to get out of town as I live right on the coast and I lived through Andrew in 1992.

Just be prepared, or get out of its path. It's a nasty one!
