yes i'm sure, but i donnot test all combinations.

Result:
Address,port is used, but on .AND. with SERVER =. ( this is redundant )

Then i can connect to a IP,port SQL Server without known its name with:

"...;SERVER=xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx;Address=xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx,pppp;Network=DBMSSOCN"
