I have a small app that compares the .dbfs and .cdx files in two separate directories that also creates a tree-diagram report that you can preview only. It is the dbfcompare utility from the download section that I modified. You can look at it and see if it will work for you if you like. To test it, you only need two directories with tables in them that you can compare.
