yes, but this not change the question.
1. If code is within a outer TRY-CATCH , put TRY-ENDTRY is useless because outer TRY-CATCH catched the error also without TRY-ENDTRY.
2. If code is not within a outer TRY-CATCH , put TRY-ENDTRY fire handling structure error.
