It's like that all over - Marketing is demanding. Cold calls are a pain. I wish there were only bulls-eyes to target - but I have to play the odds. A one in 10 reply is good - a one in 30 contacts that leads to a technical interview is good. A one in 50 job offer is good. A 1 in 100 offer that is acceptable is great. Code and Market. COde and Market. There are lots of gigs in NYC and Pennsylvania - but you need to cross the pond to get those.

Don't give up - look at it as a debugging issue - you have to work it through. Did you know that the job sites have a some lists under "FOXPRO" and others as "FOX PRO".
