Am I missing something?

I want dockable forms in an application I'm writing, I want it to look a bit like Outlook (only cool).

I know User defined forms can't be docked, so why can't I just place containers on tool bars? and use them as forms?

I searched the Forum but can't find anything on this, so I must assume it this idea has major problems, otherwise one of you would have suggested?
