Just to get the subscriptions:
SELECT * ;
  FROM Subscriptions;
 WHERE INLIST(ItemId, ID_SUNDAYTIMES, ID_TIMES);
   AND CustomerId NOT IN (SELECT CustomerId FROM Subscriptions WHERE !INLIST(ItemId, ID_SUNDAYTIMES, ID_TIMES))
Any good?
