Hi Richard,
Two possible fixes that I know of:
1. If you have Crystal Reports 9.2.0 on your machine, you will need to get a free cd from Crystal Decisions for version 9.2.2.
2. Try replacing the custom tool property of the report from "CrystalDecisions.VSDesigner.CodeGen.ReportCodeGenerator" to "CrystalDecisions.VSShell.CodeGen.ReportCodeGenerator". You can then right click on the report in Solution Explorer and run custom tool. This should regenerate the code module for the report.
Hope one of these does the trick.
