Thanks Mario for responding. Actually I had this problem with Report Manager (RM) which is built in Delphi and the devloper required feedback from the Pascal/Delphi community regarding the solution to my original problem. I am not a Pascal/Delphi programmer, so sorry for putting up a simple query.

Is it okay if I trouble you more with specific problem regarding this same question if raaised by the RM developer?
