And then would come running water in most homes (not just to the city itself) in Mexico, safe working conditions, medical standards would have to improve, the legal system would no longer exist as it is now, food would have to meet FDA guidelines, human rights would change immediately, the prisons would have to start providing food, shelter, and medical care for the inmates, hmmmmm the only problem is that most Mexican's do not make enough money to pay taxes to fund it all. However there are those folks that have been receiving bribes for all these years that may have some extra $ they can contribute to help pay for it all... Maybe Arnold could do one more Terminator movie to pay for it?? :o)
