I doubt this has anything to do with your resource file... and it would be unusual for you to have put this in SYS(2019) (config.fpw) either...

AFAIK ordinarily this default is kept in HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\VisualFoxPro\8.0\Options...

Check Tools Options, File Locations tab. When you first come into a VFP session, where does it think FoxCode is (based on your original installation, I bet, not cleared out when you de-installed)?

If it's wrong, and there's a good chance that it is, change this value to wherever you've put your FOXCODE table.

Make sure to save as default in Tools Options so that you write this value to the registry. Otherwise _FOXCODE will be wrong again when you come into the next session, of course.
