thank you for answering me. Anyway, The ??? command sends the output directly to the Parallel port doesn't it ?
I have to share the printer in a lan.
I'mm gonna see the file u told me...

>IIRC, the code for compressed printing (in Epson dot-matrix printers) is chr(15); whereas chr(18) turns it off. Check your printer manual. The download I mentioned above also includes some common codes for Epson printers, in #DEFINE statements.
