The report file is written by a custom routine each time a report needs to be generated. I have e-mailed you the zipped report files as you requested. There are only header, detail and footer bands. This is all in VFP 8.0 running under Windows XP.

I use the PageSetupDlg program from News2News so that the user can select the printer and page size that they want the report to be printed on. Based on that page size the custom routine writes the report file, and the REPORT FORM command is used to print it. This works without problems until the report height breaks the 20" limit(?).
