Sorry, I was being facetious. With so many rights being afforded illegal aliens in the state of California (the Lieutenant Governor wants illegal aliens to have free healthcare, the right to vote, and a drivers license) there is no longer any reason for anyone from any other country to try to enter the U.S. legally. In fact, it is better to enter the U.S. illegally and go straight to California where you have more benefits than the average working or non-working citizen. If you enter the U.S. legally, you don't automatically get a driver's license, you don't have the right to vote. You have to apply for citenziship and then pay for your medical care like the rest of us. Pretty soon the only benefit to being a citizen will be the right to pay taxes. :o)
