Lisa,

I am not using custom page sizes. After selecting the printer, the paper sizes or forms that the printer can handle are available in a drop down list, and the user simply selects one of those. This is done using PageSetupDlg from News2News. Knowing which paper size was selected, the program can then create the report file so that everything fits.

With a typical office printer there is only letter, legal and perhaps some envelopes available. However if you have a plotter such as a Hewlett Packard 750C, or Adobe Acrobat, there are tens if not hundreds of forms available, and there is no need to consider custom forms, which would be a complication.

If you have got it to work, then it can be done, and I am eager to learn how. I very much appreciate your interest.

David
