We personally use the 8th bullet down "You can potentially perform your own impersonation to create a Thread token that does have network access." Which our COM object is inprocess and we use the RevertToSelf then login as a domain user. I don't know about the others just that even with Anonymous even with Admin rights is still a Network Impersonation and from the artical "Network tokens are "NOT" permitted to access network resources." unless you do the 4th bullet down, which I never tried.
