I am getting an unusual ODBC error even though I am able to successfully create a remote view, select and join tables, etc.

The error comes after I try to close the View Designer. It is to an AS/400 which comes with its own ODBC connector. As I said I can do pretty much everything else.

The error:

Connectivity error:[IBM][Client Access Express ODBC driver (32-bit)] Syntax Error.

I could say it's the ODBC driver but it let me get in quite a ways before coming up with the error. Any ideas are appreciated.
