Where does the optiongroup get its Value when used with radio buttons? Everytime I add another button to the middle of an existing group I try to re-order them with the tabindex property, but this doesn't seem to affect the value returned.

I've always just settled that the 3rd option in the group is 5, etc.. but it would be nice to know how to re-order them.
