I checked the install.log and it is there and registered.

Self-Register: C:\Program Files\Common Files\Crystal Decisions\2.0\bin\crtslv.dll

Would have been good if that was the solution, as I don't have one yet.

>the only other thing i can suggest for you is that the dll crtslv.dll is registered and in the correct locaiton as this file is also needed when using export options!
