How would the RI be affected between the two systems when you sell them separately? You have to allow for them to be sold as a package or sold separately, correct? More like two separate modules of the same system maybe? Off the cuff, I would go with two different databases, but that would be my choice. To be sure, I would need to know more on the interaction between the two systems at the table level.
