I don't have my binder handy, so I can't say who spoke at that DevCon, but I double checked the binder before my earlier post. It was definately at the Princess Resort. That was my first DevCon, so I remember it well.

It was a cold, rainy September. The DevCon party was casino games outside. Many of the attendees were freezing it was so cold.
