George Goley spoke at Pointe Hilton at Squaw Peak in Phoenix in 1993, give or take a year or two. I am pretty sure that is the devcon Tracy meant.

By the way, I will actually stay at Pointe Hilton at Squaw Peak next week, a very nice place. Now I must go and pack my suitcases!
