You have to just use AS OLECONTROL and then pick the ActiveX you want to subclasss in the next dialog that pops up.

>create classlib V:\Libs\CT
>create class Banner of V:\Libs\CT as "V:\Dbi\Component ToolBox 6.0 Demo\Components\ctBanner.ocx"
