i'm trying to test the state of XP themes in vfp8. when i do this...

= sys(2700,1)
? sys(2700)
wait
= sys(2700,0)
? sys(2700)
wait

...vfp8 will return "1" (meaning windows XP themes are set ON) in both cases.
i expect the second "? sys(2700)" to return a "0".
is this a bug or am i missing something?
