Actually the RENAME command can handle this without physically copying/deleting the file:
rename "c:\scannedimages\scanned.tif" to "c:\finalimage\scanned.tif"
>I want to copy the file from this path "c:\scannedimages\scanned.tif" and delete it and paste it at this path "c:\finalimage\scanned.tif"
