Sorry if I sounded angry. I really wasn't. It's just that a person can't be wrong about saying he/she likes something. If I had said it was one of your favourite programs, then I could see how I could be wrong.
Truth is too, that I didn't come to Foxpro until FPW26. Until then, I did Clipper for database programming.
I was kind of sorry that Force didn't go any further. How well it might have competed with Foxpro is hard to say, but since it compiled directly to machine code, and had all that nice low level functionality built in, it could have been interesting.
Anyway, no offence was taken. We've both been around here long enough to know that sometimes the written word doesn't always exactly reflect the intentions of the writer.
