What I did is to put all the information that should be on page one first and use "print when: GroupOrder=1" and check "remove line if blank". Then, I put the information that should be on page 2 after those on page one and use "print when: GroupOrder=2" and change the field position to "float". Do you have any suggestion on how I can correct it?

You can 'overlap' report fields related to different pages to reduce detail band size.
