Help for Excel(Word,...) VBA you can find in the Excel (Word...) itself invoking VBA Help with Alt+ F11, Help ,or separately having help file on the local PC, like VBAXL8.HLP for Excel97.
Also in VFP7 and above you can always see the object available properties and methods typing from comamnd window,like:
