I have written an application and it provides adequate reporting, however on frequent occassions it is a requirement that management be able to query any table of the application's database and execute their own searched as well as create their own customized report layouts in a non-programmatic and user-friendly environment.

Can this be done using Crystal Reports. Is there a greate software someone can recommend?
