We use AccPac Pro Series 6.5 with Everest manufacturing. Soon we will be upgrading to SQL Version of Pro Series and moving over to AccPac's manufacturing which was formally Lahey. With AccPac buying Lahey it makes their system the most obvious solution.

Don't expect to do this on the cheap though. Expect to spend at least $25,000 by the time you get it all setup. Most likely it with be closer to $50,000. AccountMate you could probably do for about half the cost of an AccPac solution.
