1 a world-wide standard
2 a national standard
3 a usergroup standard
4 the company's standard
5 the application's standard
6 your personal standard
All either exist or don't. And you have an opinion about each. E.g. ..
A 1 = missing, 2 = missing, 3 = pretty good, 4 = bad, 5 = missing, 6 = superb
B 1 = pretty good, 2 = 1, 3 = bad, 4 = 3, 5 = 6, 6 = superb
C whatever
What would you do? Would you prefer superb above pretty good?
