You need to have a menu defined to get the ctrl-c/ctrl-v/ctrl-z shortcuts activated in your runtime app. Does your app have a menu already if so you can add the Edit pad to your menu.

There's also an issue if you are trying to paste over the top of a NULL field value, it basically won't work, you have to change the null to some non-null value first.
